RHA has committees which are in charge of certain tasks. These standing committees are chaired by different executive board members. RHA also recognizes other meetings, committees, and teams within housing, and hears reports from each at quorum meeting.

Housing Advisory Panel (HAP)

• The Vice President of Administration chairs this committee.
• This committee is in charge of voicing administrative and maintenance concerns to housing.

Programming Board

• The Vice President of Programming chairs this committee.
• This committee is in charge of developing and implementing educational, cultural, and social programming for residents.
• Programming Board meets on every Tuesday @ 6pm in the CRL on the ground floor of Joe West.

Constitutional Review Board (CRB)

• The Vice President of Administration chairs this committee.
• This committee is in charge of reviewing and submitting amendments to the RHA Constitution for approval by the general quorum.
• CRB meets on an as needed basis.

Presidents’ Council

• The President chairs this committee.
• This is a committee for the Presidents of all the individual halls to get together and discuss issues as well as develop skills necessary in leading their hall councils.

Newsletter Committee

• The Secretary chairs this committee.
• This committee is in charge of developing and putting out the RHA newsletter to inform residents about things going on within the organization.
