Hello! my name is Minyoung Tina Kim and I am returning for my second term as the President of Residence Hall Association. I am a fourth year studying Therapeutic Recreation and I love being here at San Jose State University! Our school offers countless opportunities to get involved and meet a diversity of people. My experience serving the halls have included: Event Coordinator of the Bricks Hall Government, President of Joe West Hall Government, Office Assistant of the Campus Village Building B, Community Mentor of the Global Village and a Judicial Review Board member. I enjoy being involved in student governments because it allows us the opportunity to challenge ourselves as a person and leader. I look forward to applying all the things I have learned so far and continue to grow as I serve the halls as the RHA President. Now for some random facts about me: I enjoy reading novels, dancing, utilizing the VTA, eating out at different ethnic restaurant, and playing with our family dog, Oreo! Thank you for electing me and let the fun begin!

Hello! My name is Alicia Ceniceros and I am the 2010-2011 Vice President of Student Affairs! I am very excited to continue my studies in Hospitality and Event Management for my second year here at San Jose State! I love San Jose State and have enjoyed past positions that allowed me to serve the halls. Last year I was the President of the Bricks Hall Government and I also currently work in Housing as a student assistant. My past experience with hall government has not only made me fall in love with the campus, but even more so with RHA and the work we have the privilege of doing with the residents. Working in student government has allowed me to meet so many wonderful people and it has been because of my work in student government that I have been able to meet people that I know will continue to be close with throughout the coming years. Now, here are some fun and interesting facts about me you may not know: I love pickles and hate chocolate, my favorite animal is a hippo, I have a Bulldog named Meaty who I miss horribly when I’m away at school, I love Mexican food, and my favorite place in the world to go is the beach! Thanks for electing me to be your VP of Student Affairs for the year and I’m excited to see what the year will bring!
